Community Guidelines

Welcome to RideNatin.

RideNatin is a community platform for motorcycle riders, organizers, and riding groups.

These Community Guidelines describe the standards expected from everyone who uses RideNatin. They should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

By using RideNatin, you agree to follow these Guidelines.

1. Adults Only

RideNatin is available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old.

Users under eighteen (18) are not permitted to create an account or use the Platform.

RideNatin does not provide a parent or guardian consent process for underage users.

Accounts reasonably believed to belong to an underage user may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.

2. Respect the Community

Treat riders, organizers, administrators, staff, and other users with respect.

You must not engage in:

  • harassment or bullying;

  • intimidation or credible threats;

  • stalking;

  • hate speech or discriminatory abuse;

  • targeted personal attacks;

  • sexual harassment;

  • repeated unwanted contact;

  • coordinated harassment; or

  • other abusive behavior.

Disagreement, criticism, and respectful discussion are allowed.

Disagreement does not justify threats, harassment, or abuse.

3. Ride Responsibly

Motorcycle riding involves risk. Users are responsible for making lawful and responsible riding decisions.

Users should:

  • comply with traffic and road-safety laws;

  • use appropriate protective equipment;

  • operate reasonably roadworthy motorcycles;

  • ride within their abilities;

  • consider road, traffic, and weather conditions;

  • respect other road users; and

  • follow lawful directions from authorities.

RideNatin does not promote illegal racing, reckless riding, or deliberate violations of traffic laws.

4. No Illegal or Dangerous Activities

RideNatin must not be used to organize, promote, coordinate, or encourage unlawful motorcycle activity.

This includes conduct such as:

  • illegal street racing;

  • unlawful speed competitions on public roads;

  • dangerous stunts on public roads;

  • deliberate obstruction of public roads without lawful authority;

  • evasion of law enforcement;

  • deliberate violation of traffic controls; or

  • other clearly unlawful or intentionally dangerous activity.

Legitimate motorcycle activities conducted in accordance with applicable law are not prohibited merely because they involve organized riding.

5. Be Honest

Information submitted to RideNatin should be truthful and reasonably accurate.

Users must not intentionally create or submit:

  • fake activities or events;

  • fraudulent listings;

  • deceptive promotions;

  • falsified participation information;

  • fraudulent payment evidence;

  • false identities;

  • misleading claims designed to obtain money or personal information; or

  • other deliberately deceptive information.

Where important information changes, users responsible for that information should make reasonable efforts to update affected participants.

6. Organizer and Administrator Responsibilities

Users who manage activities, communities, groups, or other users have additional responsibilities.

They should:

  • communicate honestly and clearly;

  • treat participants fairly;

  • use administrative privileges only for legitimate purposes;

  • respect user privacy;

  • manage permissions responsibly;

  • avoid conflicts of interest or retaliation; and

  • comply with applicable RideNatin policies and law.

Administrative or organizer privileges must never be used to harass, exploit, retaliate against, or improperly access information about another user.

RideNatin may restrict or revoke privileges where they are abused.

7. Platform Integrity

Do not manipulate, falsify, bypass, interfere with, or abuse RideNatin systems.

This includes attempts to:

  • falsify activity or participation records;

  • impersonate another user;

  • manipulate verification or attendance records;

  • misrepresent activity completion;

  • circumvent Platform restrictions;

  • obtain privileges you are not authorized to have;

  • interfere with security controls; or

  • help another person perform prohibited manipulation.

RideNatin may review suspicious activity and correct or invalidate records where reasonably necessary.

8. Do Not Exploit Technical Problems

If you discover a bug, vulnerability, security issue, or other technical weakness, do not exploit it.

You must not:

  • access another account without authorization;

  • bypass security controls;

  • intentionally disrupt RideNatin;

  • distribute malware;

  • perform unauthorized attacks;

  • access protected information without permission;

  • scrape protected personal information unlawfully; or

  • use technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

Security concerns should be reported privately through RideNatin's official contact or support channels.

RideNatin supports good-faith reporting of genuine security issues that does not involve unnecessary exploitation or harm.

9. Communities and Groups

Communities, clubs, and similar groups using RideNatin must comply with these Guidelines.

They must not use RideNatin primarily to facilitate or promote:

  • illegal activity;

  • fraud;

  • scams;

  • harassment;

  • hate-based abuse;

  • unlawful racing;

  • intentionally dangerous behavior;

  • Platform manipulation; or

  • other serious policy violations.

Community administrators may establish reasonable additional rules, provided those rules do not override RideNatin policies or applicable law.

RideNatin may restrict or remove communities involved in serious or repeated violations.

10. Privacy and Personal Information

Respect the privacy of other users.

Do not publish, distribute, misuse, or obtain another person's private or sensitive information without appropriate authorization.

This may include:

  • home addresses;

  • private phone numbers;

  • private email addresses;

  • government identification information;

  • financial information;

  • private messages;

  • precise private location information;

  • account credentials; or

  • other sensitive personal information.

Information obtained through RideNatin must not be used to stalk, harass, threaten, defraud, discriminate against, or otherwise harm another person.

Users with privileged access to information may use it only for legitimate Platform purposes.

11. User Content

Respect the privacy, intellectual property, and dignity of others when posting content.

Do not upload or distribute:

  • content you do not have the right to share;

  • unlawfully obtained private material;

  • content intended primarily to harass or humiliate;

  • maliciously deceptive content;

  • malware or malicious links;

  • spam;

  • fraudulent promotions; or

  • content that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

RideNatin may remove or restrict content that violates these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.

12. Sexual Exploitation and Harassment

RideNatin does not tolerate sexual exploitation, sexual harassment, coercion, or non-consensual intimate material.

Users must not distribute or facilitate:

  • non-consensual intimate content;

  • sexual threats;

  • coercive sexual behavior;

  • sexual exploitation;

  • sexual harassment; or

  • any sexual exploitation of minors.

Serious violations may result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law.

13. Fraud, Scams, and Deceptive Conduct

Do not use RideNatin to deceive or defraud another person.

Prohibited conduct may include:

  • fraudulent payment requests;

  • false payment evidence;

  • fake identities;

  • impersonation;

  • phishing;

  • account theft;

  • fake giveaways;

  • fraudulent disputes or claims;

  • deceptive commercial activity; or

  • attempts to obtain money or personal information through misrepresentation.

RideNatin may preserve relevant records or restrict accounts while suspected fraud or abuse is investigated.

14. Impersonation

Do not impersonate another individual or organization in a way intended to deceive others.

This includes impersonating:

  • another rider;

  • an organizer or administrator;

  • a riding community or club;

  • RideNatin personnel;

  • a company;

  • a government authority; or

  • another identifiable person or organization.

Clearly non-deceptive parody or commentary may be treated differently where appropriate.

15. Payments and Financial Conduct

Where a RideNatin activity or service involves payment, users must provide truthful information.

Users must not:

  • falsify receipts or payment evidence;

  • falsely claim payment;

  • manipulate financial records;

  • submit fraudulent claims;

  • misuse dispute or refund processes; or

  • intentionally misrepresent applicable fees.

Any payment, cancellation, or refund conditions are subject to applicable RideNatin policies and any lawful terms disclosed for the relevant transaction.

16. No Retaliation

Users must not retaliate against another person for making a good-faith report, raising a safety concern, or participating honestly in an investigation.

Retaliation may include:

  • harassment;

  • threats;

  • exposing private information;

  • coordinated bullying;

  • abuse of administrative privileges; or

  • attempts to intimidate someone into withdrawing a legitimate report.

Retaliation may result in additional enforcement action.

17. Do Not Abuse Reporting Systems

RideNatin encourages good-faith reporting.

Users must not intentionally misuse reporting or support systems to:

  • harass another person;

  • submit knowingly false allegations;

  • retaliate against someone;

  • overwhelm support or moderation processes; or

  • manipulate disputes.

A report that cannot be proven is not automatically a false report.

Enforcement for abusive reporting should be based on evidence of deliberate misuse or deception.

18. Reporting Concerns

If you believe a user, activity, community, or piece of content violates these Guidelines, you may report it through RideNatin's available support or reporting channels.

Provide relevant information where reasonably possible.

RideNatin may request additional information when necessary to understand or investigate a report.

Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome.

19. Emergencies

RideNatin is not an emergency service.

Do not rely on RideNatin, its support channels, participation tools, location-related features, or reporting systems for emergency response.

If someone is in immediate danger or an emergency is occurring, contact the appropriate local emergency services or authorities.

20. Enforcement

RideNatin may consider factors such as:

  • seriousness of the conduct;

  • context;

  • available evidence;

  • previous violations;

  • risk to users or the Platform;

  • whether the behavior appears intentional; and

  • applicable legal obligations.

Depending on the circumstances, RideNatin may:

  • issue warnings;

  • remove or restrict content;

  • correct or invalidate Platform records;

  • restrict features or privileges;

  • suspend activities or communities;

  • temporarily suspend accounts;

  • permanently terminate accounts; or

  • take other reasonable protective measures.

Serious violations may result in immediate action without prior warning where reasonably necessary.

21. Review of Decisions

Where RideNatin provides a review or appeal process, eligible users may request reconsideration of certain enforcement decisions.

RideNatin may consider relevant evidence, context, account history, technical records, and other appropriate information.

A request for review does not guarantee that a decision will be reversed.

Abusive, fraudulent, repetitive, or substantially identical requests may be declined.

22. Cooperation With Authorities

RideNatin may preserve, use, or disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law.

Serious matters involving credible threats, fraud, exploitation, cybersecurity incidents, or other unlawful activity may be referred to appropriate authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary.

Personal information connected with reports and investigations will be handled in accordance with the RideNatin Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law.

23. Changes to These Guidelines

RideNatin may update these Community Guidelines as the Platform and community develop.

Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means where appropriate.

The current version will display its latest revision date.

24. Our Community

RideNatin exists to support responsible motorcycle communities.

Every user contributes to the quality and safety of the community.

Ride responsibly. Respect the community. Protect each other.

25. Contact and Reporting

Questions, reports, safety concerns, or other issues regarding these Community Guidelines may be submitted through RideNatin's official contact and support channels available on the Platform.

Privacy-related concerns should be submitted through the privacy contact identified in the RideNatin Privacy Policy.
