RideNatin ("RideNatin," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information when you access or use the RideNatin website, applications, services, and related features (collectively, the "Platform").

RideNatin does not continuously track your location unless you knowingly use a feature that requires ongoing location processing.

We may automatically receive technical information when you use RideNatin, including:

  • operating system;

11. International Processing

RideNatin may use service providers or infrastructure located outside the Philippines.

Where personal information is processed or transferred internationally, RideNatin will take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable Philippine privacy requirements.

12. Minimum Age and Children's Privacy

RideNatin is available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old.

Individuals under eighteen (18) are not permitted to create an account or use the Platform.

RideNatin does not knowingly intend to collect personal information from individuals under eighteen.

If we become aware that an account belongs to an individual who does not meet our minimum-age requirement, we may suspend or terminate the account and take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise appropriately handle the associated personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.

RideNatin does not currently provide a parent or guardian consent process for users under eighteen.

  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;

  • object to certain processing;

After a valid request, RideNatin may delete, anonymize, or restrict personal information as appropriate.

Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. RideNatin is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party services.

RideNatin may introduce, modify, or discontinue Platform functionality over time.

If a new feature materially changes the categories of personal information collected or how personal information is processed, we will update this Privacy Policy or provide additional notice where appropriate.
