RideNatin Terms of Service
1. Welcome
Welcome to RideNatin ("RideNatin", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RideNatin website, mobile applications, services, software, and related features (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility
You may only use RideNatin if you:
* are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of legal majority under applicable law;
* have the legal capacity to enter into contracts;
* provide accurate and truthful information;
* comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
Users under eighteen (18) may only use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

RideNatin is an online platform that helps motorcycle riders:
* discover organized rides;
* join rides;
* manage motorcycle clubs;
* communicate with other riders;
* participate in motorcycle-related activities;
* record ride participation;
* use QR check-ins;
* verify attendance;
* access future community features.
RideNatin is **not**:
* a transportation provider;
* a travel agency;
* an insurance company;
* an emergency response provider;
* a motorcycle rental company.
RideNatin does not physically organize, supervise, control, or operate motorcycle rides unless explicitly stated.

4. User Accounts
You agree that:
* all registration information is accurate;
* you will keep your information updated;
* you are responsible for your password;
* you are responsible for all activity under your account;
* you will immediately notify us of unauthorized account access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

5. Ride Requests and Published Rides
RideNatin currently operates under a managed publishing model.
Verified organizers and approved club administrators may submit ride requests.
Submission of a ride request does **not** guarantee publication.
RideNatin may:
* review submitted rides;
* approve or reject rides;
* request revisions;
* delay publication;
* remove rides after publication if necessary.
Ride publication fees, where applicable, are handled outside the Platform unless RideNatin introduces integrated payment services in the future.

6. Ride Participation
Joining a ride is voluntary.
You understand that motorcycle riding involves inherent risks including:
* serious injury;
* permanent disability;
* death;
* vehicle damage;
* weather-related hazards;
* road hazards;
* actions of other motorists;
* mechanical failures.
By joining any ride, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.
RideNatin strongly encourages all riders to:
* wear appropriate protective gear;
* maintain a roadworthy motorcycle;
* obey traffic laws;
* carry valid licenses and registrations;
* maintain insurance where applicable.

7. Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are solely responsible for:
* planning rides;
* determining routes;
* participant management;
* safety briefings;
* communications;
* event conduct.
RideNatin does not supervise organizers or participants.
RideNatin may remove organizers who repeatedly violate these Terms or community standards.

8. QR Check-ins
RideNatin may provide QR-based attendance verification.
Check-ins may be used for:
* attendance records;
* ride completion;
* participation history;
* rewards;
* achievement tracking;
* organizer reports.
Attempting to manipulate or falsify check-ins may result in:
* ride disqualification;
* account suspension;
* permanent account termination.

9. GPS and Location Services
Some Platform features require access to device location.
You may disable location permissions; however, certain features may not function properly.
Location information may be used to:

* improve navigation features;

10. Motorcycle Clubs
RideNatin allows creation and management of motorcycle clubs.
Club administrators are responsible for:

RideNatin is not responsible for disputes among club members.

11. User Conduct
Users agree not to:

* impersonate another person;
* post false information;
* upload malicious software;
* harass other users;
* threaten violence;
* promote dangerous riding;
* encourage illegal racing;
* distribute spam;
* infringe intellectual property rights;
* attempt unauthorized access to the Platform;
* manipulate rankings or attendance records.
Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal.

12. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload.
By posting content, you grant RideNatin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

18. Limitation of Liability
