RideNatin Terms of Service

1. Welcome

Welcome to RideNatin ("RideNatin", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RideNatin website, applications, services, software, and related features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You may use RideNatin only if you:

  • are at least eighteen (18) years old;

  • have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;

  • provide accurate and truthful information; and

  • comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

RideNatin is intended only for users who are eighteen (18) years old or older. Users under eighteen (18) are not permitted to create an account or use the Platform.

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. About RideNatin

RideNatin is a digital platform designed to support motorcycle riding communities and related activities.

The Platform may provide tools that allow users to discover, organize, manage, communicate about, or participate in motorcycle-related activities and communities.

Features may change, be added, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, RideNatin is not:

  • a transportation provider;

  • a travel agency;

  • an insurance provider;

  • an emergency response service;

  • a motorcycle rental provider; or

  • the organizer or operator of activities created by independent users.

RideNatin provides technology and community tools. Users and independent organizers remain responsible for the activities they create or participate in.

4. User Accounts

You agree to:

  • provide accurate registration information;

  • keep your account information reasonably current;

  • protect your login credentials;

  • not share or misuse another person's account; and

  • notify RideNatin if you become aware of unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except where prohibited by applicable law.

RideNatin may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or Platform policies.

5. Activities and Participation

The Platform may allow eligible users or organizations to create, submit, publish, manage, or participate in motorcycle-related activities.

Availability or submission of an activity does not guarantee that RideNatin has reviewed, endorsed, inspected, supervised, or approved it.

RideNatin may review, restrict, modify the visibility of, reject, or remove activities or related content when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the Platform and its users.

Participation in any activity is voluntary.

6. Motorcycle Riding Risks

Motorcycle riding involves inherent risks, including serious injury, permanent disability, death, property damage, mechanical failure, road hazards, weather conditions, and the actions of other road users.

By choosing to participate in a motorcycle-related activity, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept the risks associated with that activity.

Users remain responsible for:

  • determining whether they are physically and legally able to participate;

  • complying with traffic and safety laws;

  • using appropriate protective equipment;

  • ensuring their motorcycle is reasonably safe and roadworthy;

  • maintaining required licenses, registrations, permits, and insurance where applicable; and

  • exercising appropriate judgment before and during an activity.

7. Organizer Responsibilities

Users who create or manage activities are responsible for their own planning, communications, participant management, instructions, routes, conduct, and safety practices.

RideNatin does not guarantee the qualifications, judgment, conduct, identity, or reliability of an organizer or participant.

Organizers must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and any additional Platform policies that apply to organizers.

RideNatin may restrict or remove organizing privileges where reasonably necessary.

8. Participation Records and Platform Tools

RideNatin may provide tools for recording or confirming participation, activity status, membership, or other Platform interactions.

Users must not falsify, manipulate, circumvent, interfere with, or misuse Platform records or verification mechanisms.

Abuse of these systems may result in corrective action, including removal of records, loss of privileges, suspension, or account termination.

The specific technologies and methods used by RideNatin may change over time.

9. Location and Device Permissions

Certain Platform functions may require access to device capabilities, including location services.

You may control device permissions through your device settings, although disabling certain permissions may limit the functionality available to you.

Where location or similar information is collected, it will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Communities and Groups

RideNatin may provide tools for users to create, join, or manage communities, groups, or similar organizations.

Administrators and members remain responsible for their own:

  • membership decisions;

  • communications;

  • content;

  • rules;

  • conduct; and

  • disputes.

RideNatin may intervene where necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or protect the Platform.

11. User Conduct

You must not use RideNatin to:

  • violate applicable law;

  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;

  • submit fraudulent, deceptive, or materially false information;

  • harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse another person;

  • promote unlawful or intentionally dangerous conduct;

  • encourage illegal racing or similar unlawful activities;

  • distribute spam or malicious software;

  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;

  • gain or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;

  • interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Platform;

  • manipulate Platform records or systems; or

  • use the Platform in a manner that creates unreasonable risk to RideNatin or its users.

Violations may result in restriction, suspension, or termination.

12. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to RideNatin.

By uploading or posting content, you grant RideNatin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Platform.

You represent that you own the content you submit or have the necessary rights to use and share it.

You remain responsible for your content.

13. Intellectual Property

RideNatin and its licensors retain all rights in the Platform, including its software, branding, designs, interfaces, databases, graphics, trademarks, and original content.

Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by RideNatin, users may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected Platform materials.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of RideNatin intellectual property to a user.

14. Fees and Payments

Certain services or features may require payment.

Where fees apply, relevant pricing, payment terms, and any applicable cancellation or refund conditions will be presented before or in connection with the transaction.

Fees and available payment methods may change over time.

Users remain responsible for taxes or other charges for which they are legally responsible.

RideNatin may use third-party providers to facilitate payments or payment-related services.

15. Third-Party Services

RideNatin may rely on or integrate services provided by third parties.

Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

RideNatin does not control and cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability, security, accuracy, or performance of independent third-party services.

16. Safety

RideNatin does not guarantee the safety of any activity, route, organizer, participant, vehicle, equipment, location, or road condition.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, RideNatin does not independently inspect or certify:

  • motorcycles or equipment;

  • riding ability;

  • licenses or registrations;

  • insurance;

  • organizers;

  • participants;

  • routes; or

  • road and weather conditions.

Users are responsible for making their own safety decisions.

RideNatin is not an emergency service. For emergencies or immediate safety concerns, contact the appropriate local emergency services.

17. Platform Availability

RideNatin may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, updates, technical problems, third-party failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RideNatin and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from or related to use of the Platform.

RideNatin is not responsible for losses arising solely from the independent acts or omissions of organizers, participants, clubs, third-party providers, or other users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold RideNatin harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from:

  • your violation of these Terms;

  • your unlawful use of the Platform;

  • your infringement of another person's rights;

  • content you submit; or

  • activities you independently organize or conduct through the Platform.

20. Suspension and Termination

RideNatin may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

  • fraud or suspected fraud;

  • abuse;

  • unlawful activity;

  • serious or repeated policy violations;

  • safety or security concerns;

  • material misrepresentation;

  • misuse of Platform systems; or

  • other conduct that creates material risk to RideNatin or its users.

Where appropriate, action may be taken without prior notice.

You may stop using RideNatin at any time.

21. Privacy

Our collection, use, storage, and processing of personal information are governed by the RideNatin Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

22. Changes to the Platform

RideNatin may modify, improve, restrict, replace, or discontinue Platform functions or services.

We may also introduce new functionality or policies as the Platform develops.

Nothing in these Terms guarantees continued availability of a particular feature.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, which may include notices on the Platform.

The updated Terms will state their effective or last-updated date.

Where required by applicable law, we will obtain additional consent before materially different terms become binding.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Disputes will be submitted to the courts or other appropriate dispute-resolution venues having jurisdiction under applicable Philippine law.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies or terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and RideNatin concerning your use of the Platform.
