RideNatin is a platform that helps motorcycle riders discover, join, and organize group rides throughout the Philippines.
Is RideNatin free?
Yes. Creating an account and joining RideNatin is free.
Some rides may require organizer fees or event fees, which are set by the ride organizer—not RideNatin.
Does RideNatin organize the rides?
No.
RideNatin only provides the platform where verified organizers publish rides. Each organizer is responsible for planning and managing their own events.
Is RideNatin available only in the Philippines?
Yes, during Phase 1 RideNatin is focused on riders and organizers in the Philippines.
Do I need an account to join a ride?
Yes. You'll need a verified RideNatin account before requesting to join rides.
How do I verify my email?
After registration, we'll send a verification email. Simply click the verification link to activate your account.

Request another verification email from the login page.
Can I change my profile later?
Yes.
You can update your:
Profile photo
Name
Motorcycle information
Contact details
Emergency contact
at any time.
How do I join a ride?
Open the ride details page and tap Join Ride.
Depending on the organizer's settings, your request may be:
Automatically approved
Pending organizer approval
Why can't I join a ride?
Possible reasons include:
Ride is full
Registration has closed
Organizer approval is required
Your account isn't verified
You were removed from the participant list
Can I cancel my participation?
Yes. You can leave a ride before it begins unless the organizer has specific cancellation rules.
Can I join multiple rides?
Yes, as long as the ride schedules don't conflict.
Does RideNatin collect payments?
No. RideNatin does not process payments in Phase 1.
How do I pay for paid rides?
The organizer provides payment instructions (such as GCash, Maya, or bank transfer).
You'll upload your payment receipt inside RideNatin for organizer verification.
What if my payment isn't approved?
Please contact the organizer directly. RideNatin does not verify payment receipts.
Can I request a refund?
Refund policies are determined by each organizer.
Who can create rides?
Verified organizers and approved clubs may submit ride requests.
RideNatin reviews and publishes approved rides.
